Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Velionne is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be guaranteed replacement or refund.
